Gypsum-based putty powder(Wall Putty/Skim Coat) mainly uses hemihydrate gypsum (building gypsum) as the main inorganic gel material,with heavy calcium, gray calcium,supplemented by Redispersible polymer powder RDP,Hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose HPMC and other polymer additives like Polyvinyl alcohol PVA mixed according to scientific formula. Gypsum-based putty powder has the characteristics of strong adhesion,good leveling and ash filling performance,high strength, small deformation coefficient,stable and non-cracking,and due to the properties of gypsum itself,it can have good sound insulation performance,respiratory function and tone. Cement-based putty powder(Wall Putty/Skim Coat) mainly uses cement (white cement) as inorganic gel material,with heavy calcium and gray calcium,supplemented by various polymer additives such as Redispersible polymer powder RDP,Hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose HPMC and other polymer additives like Polyvinyl alcohol PVA formulated together.The cement-based putty powder has the characteristics of good water resistance,strong weather resistance, high strength and strong adhesion,but the cement-based putty powder is rough and difficult to be polished, and the decorative effect is poor.Generally,the cement-based putty powder is used for the outer wall.Gypsum-based putty powder and ash-calcium-based putty powder are used for interior walls.
