Application Effects of HPMC
December 24th 2024The application of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose HPMC in building materials:
1 Cement-based plaster
⑴ Improve the uniformity, make the plaster easier to be applied on the trowel, at the same time improve the anti-sagging performance, enhance the fluidity and pumpability, and improve the work efficiency.
⑵ High water retention, extending the mortar’s storage time, improving work efficiency, and conducive to the hydration and solidification of the mortar to produce high mechanical strength.

2 Gypsum-based plaster and gypsum products
